The name ARMMOR is intentional. We believe every person deserves a layer of protection — a space where they can be fully themselves, explore what is difficult, and emerge with greater strength and clarity.
ARMMOR Wellness Group was founded to address a documented gap in mental health care: the persistent underservice of adults who face compounding barriers — including limited provider availability, financial constraints, geographic distance, and the absence of affirming, culturally humble care.
Through telehealth delivery, we remove geographic and logistical barriers, meeting clients where they are across Texas, Illinois, and Washington. Every service we provide is grounded in evidence-based modalities, trauma-informed principles, and a deep commitment to meeting each person as a whole human being.
