We Are Hiring

Join Our Team — ARMMOR Wellness Group

Build meaningful clinical work within a growing, culturally responsive, neurodivergent-affirming group practice.

Who We Are

A Practice Built on Purpose

ARMMOR Wellness Group is a telehealth group practice founded on the belief that quality mental health care should be accessible, affirming, and grounded in the whole person. We serve clients across Texas, Illinois, and Washington — and we are growing intentionally.

Culturally Responsive

We center the lived experiences of BIPOC clients and clinicians. Cultural humility is not a checkbox — it is woven into how we practice.

Neurodivergent-Affirming

We believe neurodivergence is a difference, not a deficit. Our practice is built to support clinicians and clients who think and experience the world differently.

Trauma-Informed

Safety, choice, and collaboration are foundational to everything we do — in the therapy room and in how we operate as a practice.

Collaborative Practice

You will not be working in isolation. We are building a practice where clinicians feel supported, connected, and part of something meaningful.

Who We Are Looking For

Clinicians Who Care Deeply

We are looking for clinicians who enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families — and who bring warmth, clinical skill, reliability, and a collaborative spirit.

You do not need to check every box. What matters most is that you are grounded in your clinical identity, committed to ongoing growth, and genuinely invested in the people you serve.
