We are in-network with the following providers. Your copay or coinsurance will depend on your specific plan — we recommend calling the member services number on your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits before your first session.

Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement through your out-of-network mental health benefits. We provide detailed superbills (itemized receipts) that you can submit directly to your insurer for reimbursement.
Many clients with PPO plans receive 50–80% reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. We recommend calling your insurance provider and asking: "What are my out-of-network mental health benefits?"

Payment is due at the time of service. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies.
Sliding Scale & Financial Hardship
We believe cost should never be a barrier to mental health care. A limited number of reduced-fee slots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship. Please mention this during your free consultation and we will do our best to accommodate you.
