Anequa provides structured, neurodivergent-affirming therapy for adult women — especially Black women and women of color — navigating burnout, anxiety, ADHD and executive-function challenges, trauma-related stress, and nervous system dysregulation.
Her style is practical, collaborative, culturally responsive, and paced to support safety, clarity, and sustainable forward movement. Anequa believes that healing does not require you to abandon who you are — it asks you to come home to yourself more fully.
